What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you give us. Our servers also keep standard logs of IP address, browser and pages requested for security and performance.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to onboard you as a counterparty and carry out due diligence.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you and, for prospective counterparties, in taking pre-contractual steps. Compliance processing meets legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers who host this site or deliver email for us, and with regulators, banks or refineries where the law or our compliance obligations require it.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows, and thereafter as the law requires. Compliance records are kept for at least five years.
